Shipping policy
Shipping is fast and easy to track:
All of Jazi Junk paid shipments go out USPS with a tracking number in either padded envelope or small box.
I do this to ensure both you and I know exactly where your baubles are at all times while on its way to you!
Free Shipping when offered, is sent USPS First Class with Tracking number at no additional charge.
Returns: Online Purchases
I hope you love what you ordered, but if not, to cancel, or return & receive a refund:
- Request a cancellation within 4 hours of online purchase
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
- There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns. 20% of purchase prices, not including state taxes, will not be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. See additional information in shipping policies above
NOTE:
- I don’t accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
- Items that are custom made or marked "final sale" are not eligible for return. However, your satisfaction is my highest priority and if there is a problem with a custom or final-sale item you purchased please email me (Jeri Egigian) at jeri@jazijunk.com.
- Jazi Junk Digital Gift Certificates are not returnable or redeemable for cash.
- I take pride in the quality of our products and the condition in which they arrive to you. If something isn't right with your order, simply email me at jeri@jazijunk.com to tell me what happened. I will contact you within approximately three business days to resolve the issue.
- I am happy to repair items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return it for repair, send me an email at jeri@jazikunk.com and send your item to: 2948 Brea Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92835
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- After I receive your return and confirm that all items are in sale-able condition, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been received. Your refund or credit will be processed in 5 business days.
