Jazi Junk started many years ago; out of a need to express my creative side. Being versed in fabric and yarn creations, I had always wanted to make wire wrapped jewelry for friends and family.

What started out as a hobby has now turned into my passion. On any given day you can find me scouring bead warehouses, picking out crystals at the Gem Faire or working away in my studio in sunny Fullerton, California. I live for creating bright, colorful, one-of-a-kind pieces that make you ~shine~!

The best stones are chosen for color, texture, & energetics

The history of wire wrapped jewelry can be dated way back to 1446 BC. Researchers have found elements of wire jewelry in ancient pharaohs' tombs and pyramids in Egypt. Early wire used for wire jewelry was made by metal that was pounded flat into sheets which were then cut into strips and rolled into tubes.

In wire wrapping, the shape and definition of the stone dictate how it will be wrapped, making each one unique and special.
